Exhibitors and Sponsors
Any manufacturer, supplier, or service provider to the collision industry may be a SARC Exhibitor or Sponsor.
BOOTH SIZES & COSTS
BRONZE Level: $1500 – 10’x10’ area – includes up to 3 registrations
SILVER Level: $2500 – 10’x20’ area – includes up to 5 registrations
GOLD Level: $5000 – 10’x30’ area – includes up to 10 registrations
PLATINUM Level: $8000 – up to a 10’x40’ prime location area – includes up to 16 registrations
All Exhibitors & Sponsors will be acknowledged on this website, in industry media, and on conference materials. Platinum Level includes additional acknowledgement, signage, and optional presentation time.
Fees include: CDS, curtained booth, 6 foot table(s), chair(s), tablecloth, and sign (see contact info below). The display area is completely carpeted. Booth fees do not include electrical hookups, which can be purchased through CDS. Free charging stations will be conveniently located throughout the display areas.
SET-UP & KNOCK DOWN INFO
Set up is Friday morning from 9:00 am to Noon. The Exhibitor/Sponsor Appreciation Lunch follows. Exhibitors may knock- down Saturday between 10:00 and 11:30 am, or any time after 5:00 pm. Absolutely no knock-down from 11:30 am to 5:00 pm!

Please indicate your preferred booth selection on your signed Exhibitor Agreement, and we will reserve the space for you, providing that it is available. Every attempt will be made to position displays according to request. However, final placement is at the discretion of the Organizers.
- Exhibitor Agreement Form & Payment Instructions
This form must be completed, signed and submitted by all Exhibitors/Sponsors. Payment may be made online by credit card, or by mailing a check. Complete instructions are provided on the form. Payment is due by March 30th.

- Free Staff Registration
Each exhibitor has a limited number of free registrations relevant to booth cost/sponsor level. Additional staff or guests must register as General Attendees and pay the $40 per person fee.
Exhibitors or Sponsors who would like to provide a class, demo, or presentation must submit a completed Presenter Request Form/PRF no later than March 25th. Presentation time and location will be assigned according to:
- Exhibitor/Sponsor Level
- Merit of material as determined by committee review
- Availability at time of request
Arrangements for shipping and/or storing display materials are handled through Convention Display Service, Inc.

Exhibitors transporting displays themselves, may bring them to the 2nd floor display area, or have them delivered by a bellhop. Call Steve Plier IN ADVANCE to drop off larger deliveries at the Studio B outside entrance on the 2nd floor of the parking garage.
The State Host Associations for SARC will present a generous prize at the end of the event on Saturday. In addition, multiple event drawings will be held for prizes from EXHIBITORS & SPONSORS, who are all invited to take part! Participation is strongly encouraged, although not mandatory. Prize donors should have their own method of collecting names for the drawing. Winners will be announced by SARC from the main stage with donors being fully recognized. Moose Simmons of OPA will assist on site with prize collection and distribution.
